Lewan and Compton to command engines at Cracker Barrel 400

Taylor Lewan and Will Compton are set to serve as Honorary Grand Marshals for the Cracker Barrel 400 at Nashville Superspeedway on Sunday, May 31, handing the command to start engines for the NASCAR Cup Series race broadcast live on Amazon Prime Video at 6 p.m

Sunday night at Nashville Superspeedway isn’t just another NASCAR Cup Series date on the calendar—it comes with a recognizable football-to-racing leap. NFL veterans and podcast hosts Taylor Lewan and Will Compton have been named Honorary Grand Marshals for the Cracker Barrel 400. the race scheduled for Sunday. May 31. at 6 p.m. CT.

In their Grand Marshal role, Lewan and Compton will deliver the command to start engines, sending the field off for Nashville Superspeedway’s sixth NASCAR Cup Series race. The event will be broadcast live on Amazon Prime Video at 6 p.m. CT.

The announcement ties directly into Lewan and Compton’s ongoing, full-immersion NASCAR run. They recently shifted the spotlight with the launch of “Racin’ With The Boys. ” a new weekly show produced by Peyton Manning’s Omaha Productions. The series launched May 28 on the Bussin’ With The Boys YouTube channel. and it’s built to bring fans closer to major NASCAR personalities. drivers. and stars throughout the summer. The 14-episode series is scheduled to release new episodes every Thursday.

Nashville Superspeedway’s general manager Matt Greci framed the moment as more than a ceremonial stop. He said. “Taylor and Will are jumping into NASCAR with both feet. and there is no better place to experience it than Nashville Superspeedway on a Sunday night with NASCAR’s greatest fans.” Greci added. “Giving them the Grand Marshal role for the Cracker Barrel 400 puts them right into our High-Speed Honky Tonk and we couldn’t be more excited to be part of their NASCAR story.”.

Lewan and Compton are expected to be on-site at Nashville Superspeedway throughout Sunday. They will shoot content and meet fans, drivers, and NASCAR personalities as part of their continued engagement with the sport.

The “Racin’ With The Boys” debut episode also already has its own NASCAR centerpiece: it features Cup Series stars Ryan Blaney and Bubba Wallace.

The Cracker Barrel 400 isn’t the only race week event drawing momentum. Race weekend at Nashville Superspeedway includes the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Allegiance 200 on May 29 and the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series on May 30.
