Kylie Kelce is opening up about how she struggled navigating her pregnancies after experiencing a miscarriage.

During a segment of the Aug. 13 episode of her podcast, “Not Gonna Lie,” where she answers questions from viewers, the mom of four responded to one asking, “were you scared to try again after miscarriage?”

“I was terrified,” said Kelce, who revealed last year on her podcast that she had a miscarriage in 2018, before her first daughter was born.

The 34-year-old shares daughters Wyatt, 6; Elliotte, 5; Bennett, 3; and 16-month-old Finnley with her husband, former NFL player Jason Kelce.

Kylie Kelce recalls frequent Googling during pregnancy

Kylie Kelce recounted getting pregnant with her daughter Wyatt, prefacing her remarks by saying, “Not that this is a healthy solution, but I’m going to call myself on the carpet for it.”

“Even when we got pregnant, I then every single week was looking up what are the chances that this pregnancy sticks,” she said.

She continued: “I was still Googling at the beginning of my second trimester, like, what are the chances I get to meet this baby? At the end of my second trimester, I flipped it and I then asked the question, what are the chances that if I had the baby today that the baby could survive?”

Kylie Kelce says miscarriage ‘sits with you forever’

Sharing advice for a viewer named Sarah who recently experienced a miscarriage, Kelce added, “I think that sits with you forever.”

“And what I will tell you is Sarah, and I hope that you understand where I’m coming from when I say this, I had those same feelings through the rest of my pregnancies,” she said.

The former field hockey player also said her experience with grief is that it “might pop up when you least expect it.”

“For me there’s certain dates where I’ll be like, ‘Oh, you were supposed to be here that day,'” she added. “But if I had not tried again, I would not have Wyatt. So I think that sometimes you have to go at the hard thing and try again.”

Miscarriage ‘still hurts after having four children,’ Kylie Kelce previously said

On her podcast last year, Kylie Kelce got emotional opening up about her miscarriage in 2018. During the Oct. 2, 2025, episode, the host teared up talking about the experience.

“I emphasize the fact that this still hurts after having four children because it does. And it’s OK,” she said.

At the time, she also sent well wishes for others in similar situations.

“For people who are still in their journey and have not yet gotten over the hump of getting to meet your tiny humans that you’re making, I am so sorry,” she added.
