Kristina Khorram Denies Sex-Trafficking Claims in Court

Diddy’s longtime assistant, Kristina Khorram, is contesting a lawsuit by Phillip Pines, arguing he has no proof she knowingly participated in or benefited from any sex trafficking scheme and asking for the case to be thrown out.
Kristina Khorram is fighting back in court, pushing back hard against the man accusing Diddy and his longtime assistant of sexual exploitation.
In court filings, Khorram—described by another accuser as “Ghislaine Maxwell” type—claims Phillip Pines’ lawsuit is “BS.” She argues he has presented no evidence that she knowingly participated in or benefited from a sex trafficking venture.
Khorram also denies the specific allegation that Diddy, with her assistance, forced Pines to have sex with a female guest. She says there is nothing to back up Pines’ claims, including the suggestion that she was part of any conduct that would amount to sex trafficking.
Her response targets the broader structure of his case as well. Khorram says the “full extent” of what Pines asserts against her amounts to him alleging she told him not to speak about an incident in which Pines claimed Combs kicked someone. With that. she argues there is no other connection linking her to the alleged misdeeds—and she wants the lawsuit thrown out.
Pines’ suit, which was filed against both Diddy and Kristina Khorram, accuses them of sexual battery, sexual harassment, and sex trafficking. Pines says he worked for Diddy from 2019 to 2021 and that he was in charge of setting up hotel rooms for Diddy’s “freakoffs.”
In his account, Pines claimed his duties included setting up red lights and ensuring rooms were stocked with baby oil, towels, and sex devices. He also said he was responsible for cleaning up the mess after the “freakoffs” ended.
Beyond the hotel-room setup, Pines alleges that Diddy, along with Kristina, once forced him to have sex with women while Diddy watched.
Diddy’s team has denied the allegations. After the lawsuit was filed. they told TMZ: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed. it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”.
The case now turns on what Pines can prove—and whether Khorram’s demand to dismiss the claims can hold up in court.

So she’s saying it’s BS but nobody ever proves anything until it’s too late.
I don’t get it… if she was his assistant how she had “no connection”? Like come on. Also the hotel room stuff sounds insane, but courts gonna court.
She called it BS and now everybody’s like “gonna get dismissed” ??? Isn’t that what happens when someone says “no evidence” like 10 times. Also “Ghislaine Maxwell type” is such a weird comparison, but it makes me side-eye the whole thing anyway.
Wait so Pines says Diddy was forcing him to have sex, but then the assistant wants it thrown out because there’s “no proof she knowingly participated”… isn’t the proof basically that she worked there? Like that’s literally participation, sorry. TMZ always jumps on it too, so I’m not even sure what’s real anymore.
