Kayla Burton and Patriots coach Jeremy Springer engaged

Broadcaster Kayla Burton announced her engagement to Patriots special teams coordinator Jeremy Springer in a Tuesday social media post featuring photos by Alyse Arauz Photography and a caption reading “6/19/26 ~ yes in every lifetime.”
When Kayla Burton posted the first image, it looked like she couldn’t quite believe it—hand over her mouth in what appeared to be genuine surprise.
On Tuesday. the NBC Sports Boston and ESPN broadcaster announced her engagement to Patriots special teams coordinator Jeremy Springer in a social media post. The couple shared their news with a series of photos taken by Alyse Arauz Photography. including the shot where Burton covers her mouth. In the caption, they kept it simple: “6/19/26 ~ yes in every lifetime.”.
Burton is a broadcaster for NBC Sports Boston as well as ESPN. She is the daughter of local newscaster Steve Burton. Before her television career, she played basketball at Lehigh University. Her family history is also rooted in the Patriots—her grandfather. the late Ron Burton. was a running back for the Boston Patriots.
Springer joined the Patriots in 2024 under then head coach Jerod Mayo. He played college football at UTEP.
For both of them, the announcement landed on the same day: Tuesday, with photos and one line meant to say everything at once—“yes in every lifetime.”
