When Jersey Mike’s jumped to the top of the quick-service rankings for the first time, it didn’t just come with a new badge on a spreadsheet—it came with concrete plans on menus, building sites, and city calendars across the country.

After an 11-year run, Chick-fil-A is no longer the top-rated quick-service restaurant, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index. Jersey Mike’s. the New Jersey-based sub shop that dethroned Chick-fil-A. said it plans to open more stores in states such as California. Arkansas and Illinois.

The company did not answer immediately when contacted on Wednesday, June 17, about when and where the new locations would open. But its website on Thursday, June 18 showed multiple restaurants in development—along with a growing list of specific addresses in dozens of states.

Jersey Mike’s said it has more than 3,300 locations in the United States. It also reported that there are just over 130 Jersey Mike’s locations in development, mostly in California, New York and Texas, according to the chain’s website.

One opening is already pinned to the calendar. A Jersey Mike’s location is slated to open on June 24 in Manteca, California. Gary Singh, mayor of Manteca, told the outlet this week that the restaurant is scheduled to open that date.

In Michigan, officials described work moving forward in White Lake. Sean P. O’Neil. a community development director for White Lake Township. confirmed that a Jersey Mike’s restaurant is opening in White Lake. Michigan. about 50 miles northwest of Detroit. O’Neil said construction should start within the next few weeks on June 18. adding. “I would expect that this location could be open for business in the winter/spring of 2027.”.

In Folsom. California. city officials confirmed they have received plans for a Jersey Mike’s location within the Alder Creek Marketplace shopping center on Alder Creek Parkway. Christine Brainerd. a spokesperson for the city. told the outlet on June 18 that construction of three of the commercial shell buildings could be completed as early as December 2026.

Officials in other cities also pointed to upcoming openings even where exact dates were not shared. Jersey Mike’s location is coming to Cape Girardeau, Missouri; Cortlandville and Greenport, New York; Council Bluffs, Iowa; El Dorado County, California; Post Falls, Idaho; and Princeton, Illinois.

The chain’s development list—marked as under development on its website—spans a long roster of cities, each tied to a street address and, in some cases, an expected opening window.

In Alabama, the list includes Huntsville – 4845 Moores Mill Road and Fayetteville – 3071 College Ave. In Arizona. it lists Flagstaff – 4880 US Highway 89; Gilbert – NWC Val Vista and Germann roads; Goodyear – NEC Yuma Road and Estrella Parkway; Maricopa – Maricopa Casa Grande Highway and North Porter Road; and Phoenix – 4267 West Thunderbird Road.

Arkansas entries include Fayetteville – 3071 College Ave. and Searcy – 3511 East Race Ave., Suite 100.

California has the most entries. including Alhambra – 333 E Main St. Suite A; Bell – 6399 Atlantic Ave. Suite B; Carmichael – SEC Winding Way and Manzanita Ave.; Davis – 4551 2nd St.; El Dorado Hills – 4456 Golden Foothill Parkway. Suite 120; Folsom – Old Ranch Way and East Bidwell St.; Lincoln – NEC Ferrari Ranch Road and Lincoln Blvd.; Manteca – 1445 S. There are also planned openings in other states, with dates and timelines that vary by project. For example, in Illinois, Downers Grove – 2001-2053 W 63rd St. is listed as opening summer 2026. In Maryland, Bowie – 16220 Marketplace Blvd., Suite 200 (opening summer 2026) appears on the list. In Minnesota, Minnetonka – 1809 Plymouth Road (opening mid to late summer 2026) is also specified.

Across the list, the chain names specific locations from Texas to New York City. Texas entries include Austin – 9901 Brodie Lane, Suite 180; Bastrop – 853 W. SH 71. Building A. Suite 104; Dallas – 655 W Illinois Ave. Unit 1073; Fort Worth – NEQ Highway 114 and Roaring River Road; Katy – 24818 Morton Ranch Road. From Ohio to Wyoming, the development list continues: Loveland – 10572 Loveland Madeira Road and St. Clairsville – Ohio Valley Mall, Unit 809 in Ohio; Sandy – 16605 SE 362nd Ave. in Oregon; and Sheridan – 2248 Coffeen Ave. in Wyoming.

The breadth of addresses is the story as much as the ranking. Jersey Mike’s has been building its presence for years, and now the company’s quick-service satisfaction jump is showing up in the same place people feel it first: new restaurants moving from “planned” to “opening.”

The chain’s website indicates just over 130 locations in development. With openings already scheduled—like June 24 in Manteca—and construction timelines ranging from shell buildings that could be completed as early as December 2026 in Folsom to a winter/spring 2027 expectation in White Lake. the expansion is no longer theoretical.
