NEW YORK — Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis have taken their relationship to the next level: a live moderation panel.

The “Morning Show” actress, 57, moderated a panel in New York City on Sept. 2, interviewing her beau about the life coach’s forthcoming self-help book, “The Book of Possibility.”

“It’s quite an honor to be here, especially with you, Jim Curtis,” she said. “I know a lot about you, and I know you’ve lived many lives up until this point.”

To kick off the night, Aniston shared an anecdote about attending a school near the Upper East Side event space, where the panel took place. She remembered going to gym class in the building that is now the 92nd Street Y, a New York cultural and community center.

She wasn’t sporty, she admitted, but recalled having to “run for her life” to avoid the dodgeballs that were hurled toward her.

“It’s quite a full circle moment to be here speaking with you speaking of dodging balls. So, I’m so excited to be here talking about ‘The Book of Possibility,'” she told Curtis.

She also revealed that Dolly Parton gave her the best advice she’s ever heard following the Queen of Country’s death at age 80 on Aug. 25.

“She would say ‘I chased a few rainbows and I caught a few,'” Aniston said. “So, I would say just go chase your dreams and go catch some rainbows.”

During their discussion, Aniston asked Curtis, 50, pointed questions about the origins of his book and how he became a life coach. Between discussions of self-discovery and growth, the two cracked jokes about Curtis’s full head of hair and shared the meditative practice they both use to stay grounded.

Toward the end of the evening, Curtis flipped the script on Aniston and began asking her several questions from the possibilities she’s chasing to how she handles stress.

“I’m choosing today to overcome a very deep fear of public speaking,” said Aniston as she turned to the audience.

In “The Book of Possibility,” which will be released on Sept. 8, Curtis recounts his own health struggles and blends neuroscience, hypnotherapy and spiritual practices to help people forge a path of healing and fulfillment.

The night concluded with a Curtis-led guided visualization meditation.

When did Jennifer Aniston and Jim Curtis start dating?

The couple has been together for a year and a half, with Aniston making the courtship Instagram official in a November 2025 birthday post.

Curtis hasn’t been shy about his admiration for the “Friends” star.

In an Aug. 31 podcast episode, he opened up about how he and Aniston handle conflict and how he’s cozied up with her close-knit friend group. On the episode, “The Jamie Kern Lima Show,” Curtis said they meditate together and rely on grounding practices involving acceptance and understanding.

Given the couple’s “honeymoon phase,” he said the two don’t need “big sledgehammers” to resolve issues.

Beyond the hiccups, Curtis acknowledged the relationship is going well and complimented Aniston’s friend group.

“I feel incredibly blessed to be a part and welcomed into that family,” he said. “I feel blessed to be in a relationship with someone that is so open-hearted and kind and loving.”

The Emmy-winning actress’ latest romance follows her high-profile marriage to and divorce from Brad Pitt. After they split in 2005, she began dating actor and director Justin Theroux.

The couple got engaged in 2012, married in 2015, and separated three years later.
