The most important day of the 2026 Little League Softball World Series has arrived for teams with one loss.
The modified double-elimination tournament reaches a critical junction on Tuesday, August 4 with four games on the schedule and the teams that lose those games will be eliminated.
The four-game day will have two elimination games each from the purple and orange brackets with games scheduled for 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – weather permitting. Can a team still win the Little League Softball World Series out of the loser’s bracket?
Technically, it is possible. But realistically, that would require winning on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the Little League Softball World Series week. So, that would equal winning five games over the course of six days.
