Holly Madison Says Tabloids Fueled Her Kendra Feud

Holly Madison says her feud with former Girls Next Door co-star Kendra Wilkinson began after the show, as tabloid attention and backstage pressure around their spinoffs left them “not speak[ing].”
Holly Madison didn’t mince words when asked about where things stand with her former Girls Next Door co-star Kendra Wilkinson.
On the Hot Goss podcast, the 46-year-old author said she and Wilkinson “don’t speak,” while also making clear she isn’t closing the door on conversation—adding that she’s “not opposed to speaking.” Madison described their falling out as something that took shape after the show ended.
“In the past, she was really caught up in the tabloid cycle. If her thing to get in the tabloids that week was a rift with someone, then she was going to say it,” Madison explained.
Madison and Wilkinson starred alongside Bridget Marquardt from 2005 to 2009 as the main “girlfriends” of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, building a shared fame that now sits behind a strained relationship.
Madison also pointed to the way spinoff projects played into the tension. She said some of the friction came from the fact that they were working on different projects tied to the same producer.
“It was stuff that had to do with our spinoffs and working with the ‘same producer’ who allegedly ‘tried to pit us against each other and got in our heads.’ It was stuff that had to do with our spinoffs and working with the same producer. I really feel like he tried to pit us against each other and got in our heads. So, that’s a shame,” Madison said.
The feud comes after Madison previously went public earlier this year about “really weird” group sex nights that sometimes went on at the Playboy Mansion.

Tabloids always do this, like imagine living in a headline lol.
Wait so they “don’t speak” but she’s like not opposed to speaking?? That sounds like PR damage control to me. Also the producer thing… isn’t that just TV politics.
I honestly think Hugh Hefner was behind all of it. Like if it started after the show ended, that means he set them up with different projects or whatever. Tabloids just reported it, ya know?
This is wild because I remember Kendra being the “chill” one on the show and Holly always seemed more messy (sorry). If tabloids were pushing a rift, that’s what tabloids do, but it’s also not hard to believe a producer would try to play favorites. And the mention of the group sex nights… not gonna lie, that’s probably why they can’t talk, even if they’re blaming it on backstage pressure.
