HBO’s images come as the season is already nearing its end. There are currently only two episodes left, and the eighth and final episode of Season 3 is set to be the series’ longest—also the longest in HBO history.
Even with the new episode on the horizon. last week’s episode left plenty of people thinking about what the show is saving. Nika King’s long-awaited return as Rue’s mom. Leslie. amounted to one line in the May 17 episode: a phone call scene with Zendaya. In that moment. it was only the young star who really spoke. and at the end of the call Leslie told Rue she loved her.
Cassie, meanwhile, remains a flashpoint. Sydney Sweeney’s character is continuing to cause controversy, with content creators online reportedly pushing back.
The season’s endgame is also creeping closer in real time. Zendaya appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show ahead of the Season 3 premiere and, when asked whether season three will be the final season, answered, “I think so, yeah.”
For Episode 7 itself, HBO has teased the mood with a preview available now. The teaser is brief—“You’re gonna wanna remember this moment.”—but it carries the kind of weight fans have come to expect from the show’s final stretches.

Sharon Stone in Euphoria??? I didn’t even know she was doing TV again. I swear the show just keeps stacking cameos like it’s Marvel or something.
I saw something that said the Drew Barrymore interview confirmed it’s ending because Zendaya is “done” but then the article says it could be the series finale. So like… what’s the truth? Also Nika King back for Rue’s mom for only one call scene seems kinda pointless?
The preview saying “You’re gonna wanna remember this moment” sounds like they’re gonna drop some huge plot twist, but knowing Euphoria it’ll just be another Cassie spiral and everybody acting shocked. And why are people mad at Sydney Sweeney again? Isn’t that just the whole point of her character? Idk I’m just gonna watch it and complain after.
