Druski says he’s ready as Kelce-Swift wedding buzz grows

Druski ready – Comedian Druski sounded eager about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s upcoming wedding, while New York City permitting filings suggest street closures near Madison Square Garden from July 2 through July 4 for an event that could include 500 to 999 attendees.
Comedian Druski didn’t mince words when asked about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s wedding plans—he’s already bracing for the moment.
In an Extra interview published June 24. the 31-year-old content creator said. “I’m just ready for the wedding. ” adding. “We’ll see what happens at the wedding.” When he was pressed about reports tying the ceremony to New York City’s Madison Square Garden. Druski said he hadn’t gotten details like the rest of the internet. “I just heard that it’s happening,” he told the outlet, adding, “I’m glad for them.”.
He described the couple in unmistakably personal terms: “They are two lovebirds that are in love with each other and they’re really good people and I’m excited to see what’s going to happen,” Druski said.
He wasn’t just talking in theory, either. Druski said he was among the group of men who joined Kelce for outings around California last week, including a Chris Lake concert and a NASCAR race.
The wedding talk has since narrowed to Madison Square Garden. even as neither Kelce nor Swift nor the arena has confirmed anything publicly. What has been confirmed is the paperwork trail in New York City. Permits have been filed to shut down city streets near Madison Square Garden from July 2 through July 4. and for an event that could include several hundred attendees.
The request calls for capacity for between 500 and 999 people, tents outside Madison Square Garden, and street closures near the venue. A city Hall spokesperson. Dora Pekec. said permitting for street closures covers only the area near the Garden. not several city blocks. and that events of potentially similar size can apply for permits.
There’s also a logistical detail that’s hard to ignore for a high-profile guest list: Madison Square Garden has an underground ramp to the arena that would allow private access away from cameras.
Taken together. the timeline and the permit language make the question unavoidable: whether a wedding is actually happening—or whether the city’s plans are preparing for something else entirely. Druski’s comments capture the other side of the tension: that the couple’s fans may be waiting for confirmation even as the details begin to surface around the edges.
As for now, the couple hasn’t confirmed a date or location. Druski, for his part, says he’s heard it’s coming—then stops short of claiming any inside certainty beyond that.

If they’re shutting down streets July 2-4 then it’s basically confirmed right? NYC don’t do that for nothing.
Druski saying he’s “ready” is so weirdly funny but also like… he really doesn’t know anything does he lol. I feel bad for all the people acting like it’s 100% happening though.
So wait the permits are for 500 to 999 people and tents outside MSG… that sounds like a concert setup. Could just be some other event and everyone’s assuming wedding. I mean, the underground ramp thing is cool but that doesn’t mean marriage.
I can’t believe people care this much like it’s not even confirmed and half the internet is already doing countdowns. Also NYC shutting down near the Garden is probably normal for big celeb stuff, not just “lovebirds wedding” lol. Buttt if Taylor and Kelce do get married I’m happy for them, even if Druski is acting like he got the inside scoop.
