The claim, reported by The Indian Express, says Dosanjh acquired American citizenship in 2022 and has been travelling on a US passport since September of that year. It adds that whenever he visits India, he does so on an e-visa.
The same report points to details meant to make the timeline clearer. It says Dosanjh’s last Indian passport was issued in Mumbai in 2018, and before that, one was issued in Zambia.
There is also mention of family details. The report states that his wife, Sandeep Kaur, is also a US citizen. It further claims that when Dosanjh listed his home address for the citizenship process, he named a five-bedroom bungalow in California.
