Colleen Zenk Arrested Again After May DUI Booking

Soap star Colleen Zenk was booked for DUI in Collier County, Florida, on May 15 and posted $1,000 bonds the next day. The arrest is her third DUI-related arrest since 2010, and she later pleaded not guilty at a June 10 court date filed through a waiver.

Colleen Zenk’s spring arrest landed in Collier County, Florida, and it didn’t mark the first time her name has been pulled into a DUI case.

The actress. known for her long run on “As the World Turns” and recent work on “The Young and the Restless. ” was booked on May 15. Arrest records viewed and obtained show she was charged with two misdemeanors: DUI resulting in damage to property or a vehicle belonging to another person. and DUI with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 or higher.

For both charges, Zenk faced bonds of $1,000. She posted the bonds the next day.

A court date was set for June 10. Zenk did not appear in person at the hearing because she filed a Waiver of Appearance for Non-Mandatory Court Appearances. Through her attorney, she entered a not guilty plea. A continuance was scheduled for July 29 for pre-trial.

A representative for Zenk did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The latest booking is the third time Zenk has been arrested for driving under the influence since 2010. In April 2010, she was arrested in Wilton, Conn., where she was charged with DUI and improper lane usage. She was arrested again in May 2017, when she was booked for a DUI in Florida.

Zenk is best known for playing Barbara Ryan on “As the World Turns” for 32 years. from 1978 until the show ended in 2010. Her performance earned her two Daytime Emmy nominations. More recently, she recurred on “The Young and the Restless” from 2023 to 2025. Her other credits include “Ryan’s Hope,” “Thurston” and “Blue Bloods.”.

  1. So she posted $1,000 bond and that’s it? Like how is that even a deterrent… 0.15 is pretty high from what I remember.

  2. Didn’t she used to be on that soap and then she “went away” for a while? Maybe she’s just getting screwed by ticket stuff or whatever, idk. But 3 DUIs since 2010 sounds like a pattern, not a one-off.

  3. I’m not gonna lie, when I saw the headline I thought it was the other Colleen Zenk thing (like a typo) because I can’t even picture her. But if it’s true she didn’t show up and filed a waiver… doesn’t that mean they’re just gonna keep pushing it to July 29 and nothing changes? Also DUI for damage to property sounds like she hit something minor but still shouldn’t be driving drunk.
