Man arrested after man rushed to hospital in Cobh stabbing

A man is being quizzed by Gardaí after a suspected stabbing incident in a picturesque Cork village. Gardaí and emergency services were called to the scene at a business in the seaside village of Cobh at around 6:40pm on Thursday. A man, aged in his 50s, was rushed to hospital for the treatment of injuries which are understood to be non-life threatening at this time. Another man, aged in his 30s, was arrested and is currently being questioned at a Cork Garda station. Gardaí confirmed
investigations are ongoing, as they urged the public to not share footage of the incident. A Garda spokesperson told the Irish Mirror : “Gardaí received a report of an incident of assault that occurred at a commercial premises in Cobh, Co. Cork on Thursday, 25 June, at approximately 6:40pm. “A male in his 50s was conveyed to hospital for the treatment of injuries believed to be non-life threatening at this time. “A male in his 30s has been arrested and conveyed to a Garda Station
