Barely a moment after marrying Donald Trump Jr. in the Bahamas, Bettina Trump rebranded herself online as “Mrs. Trump” — and claims of a long-held first lady ambition have brought new scrutiny to her quick shift into the spotlight.
The wedding had barely ended when Bettina Trump moved. She changed her name on Instagram to “Mrs. Bettina Trump,” paired it with a photo featuring “Mrs. Trump” embroidered on an ivory gown, and updated her bio to: “Married. Not domesticated.”
The message landed fast — and it has fueled speculation about where she wants her life to go next.

Her father, banker Harry Loy Anderson Jr., died in 2013 after battling Alzheimer’s disease. Family members describe Bettina as someone shaped by Palm Beach social culture. One Palm Beach insider claimed Bettina stayed in Florida rather than building a career elsewhere because “she wanted to meet a rich man and get married.”
Her path before the Trump family spotlight also included study and work far from campaign trail noise. After graduating high school in Boca Raton. Bettina studied art history. criticism and conservation at Columbia University. then returned to Florida. She became known for philanthropy, environmental causes, modeling and high-society events.
