The BET Awards 2026 will be hosted by the comedian. tapped to steer the program while teasing viewers should “expect a little chaos. a lot of laughs. and some of your favorite Druski characters to pop out along the way.” The ceremony airs live at 8 p.m. ET on BET and will also be simulcast on BET HER. Druski better not start clowning during the serious awards lol. BET has been wild lately.
So it’s June 28 in LA and it’s live at 8pm ET? I thought BET was always like cable only but they’re on like every channel now. Also why is Kendrick up for stuff again like didn’t he already sweep last year?
I don’t get it, they say Druski is the youngest to spearhead the whole thing but BET been around forever. And “Culture’s Biggest Night” is kind of cringe to me. Is that the same guy from that audition show? I swear I saw him on something else and it was fake reactions or whatever.
Cardi B has SIX nominations?! That’s crazy. Kendrick only has FIVE but I feel like he’s gonna win everything anyway because people love him more or whatever. I’m just here for Lauryn Hill getting the icon award, like that should’ve been first. Also simulcast on all those channels… does that mean it’ll be on regular TV too or just streaming? My aunt said it’s gonna be on Peacock but that seems too random.
