Best Buy’s 60th Anniversary Sale has major deals on Bose speakers, Beats headphones & Samsung TVs

Best Buy is celebrating its 60th anniversary with a massive weeklong sale that’s chock-full of deals on all your favorite tech devices.

The 60th Anniversary Sale includes big savings on Bluetooth speakers from JBL and Bose, Beats headphones, TVs from Samsung, Hisense, Insignia and more — that’s just to name a few of the deals to be found.

I dug up discounts up to 64% off, which is almost unbelievable for this time of year at Best Buy. I typically don’t see prices drop this low unless it is during Best Buy’s Black Friday Sale, and even then I’m not sure the markdowns are this big.

How long is the Best Buy 60th Anniversary Sale?

The Best Buy 60th Anniversary Sale runs from August 17-23, with even bigger deals expected over the weekend (Aug. 21-23).

This seven-day sale is full of surprises, too. Best Buy is giving My Best Buy Plus and Total members 10% back in rewards, up to $60, on orders during the sale. New Best Buy cardholders will earn 15% back in rewards on their first day of purchases.

Best Buy also has a Deal of the Day with discounts that are available for one day only. New deals post at 1:01 a.m. ET each day and are offered for 24 hours or until they sell out.

Best Buy has a mega gift card deal that you can grab online now. When you buy an Apple MacBook Neo laptop, you’ll get a free $25 Starbucks gift card with your purchase.

The deal is available for the Apple MacBook Neo laptop in the 8GB memory/256GB and 8GB memory/512GB models. Retail prices for the laptops are $699 and $799, respectively. The gift card deal is available in all MacBook Neo colors too.

Best Buy is also offering an in-store gift card deal on Aug. 22. You can get a $100 Best Buy gift card for $60 — but supplies are limited.

What are the best times of year for Best Buy sales?

I’ve seen Best Buy offer some of the cheapest deals of the year during Black Friday and around the holidays, but with this being its 60th Anniversary Sale, I think the discounts are even better.

This is a milestone for Best Buy, and it’s pulling out all the stops during this massive sale. I think right now you’ll be hard-pressed to find bigger savings on tech devices at any other retailer.
