25, 2026 in Bournemouth, England. An exceptional bank holiday heatwave is currently bringing record-breaking weather to England with temperatures forecast to climb into the low 30s by Monday. 1. Amber alerts for heat seems kinda wild like it’s a tornado warning but for sunburn. Also why is it called a tropical night when it’s still like normal night? People are gonna act surprised either way.

  2. Wait so UKHSA issued amber alerts… doesn’t that mean England is in danger of like, riots or something? I don’t follow weather terms, just see “amber” and think traffic lights. But tropical night 21.3C?? That part sounds more like a record for being uncomfortable than a real emergency.

  3. We get heat warnings here too but England acting like they’ve never had sun before lol. If they’re saying extreme UV, that’s like sunscreen 24/7 and stay inside, but good luck convincing tourists at Westminster Bridge. Also I saw “Kew Gardens” in the article so I’m guessing it’s only hot because of rich people gardens? Either way I feel bad for anyone elderly.
