All-Ireland hurling quarter-finals: dates and fixtures set

After a riveting Leinster final on Saturday that saw Galway destroy an up-and-coming Dublin side, and a Munster final on Sunday, we’re all asking the same question: Just when are the quarter-finals? Firstly, which six teams are left? In Munster we have Clare, Limerick and Cork and in Leinster we have Galway, Dublin and Offaly. Surprise for some to see no Kilkenny and no Tipperary in this years knockout stages! With Galway becoming Leinster champions on Saturday, they automatically secure a semi-final place, and so

will the winner of the Munster Final. So the loser of the Munster final will play the third ranked team in Leinster, Offaly. And Dublin will play Clare. Here’s an exact breakdown: Sunday 7th of June – Cork v Limerick Munster Final Weekend 20-10 of June – Clare v Dublin & Offaly v Cork/Limerick Saturday 4th of July – Galway v quarter-final winner Sunday 5th of July – Munster winner v quarter-final winner Sunday 19th of July – All Ireland Final Click here to sign
