Accuser Tells Las Vegas Cops She Couldn’t Breathe

Accuser says – Newly released body camera footage shows Drake Von’s female accuser describing how she couldn’t breathe during the alleged assault, briefly blacking out as she tried to get him off her, and escaping afterward to call 911.

A woman’s voice fills the body camera footage as she describes an alleged attack she says left her struggling to breathe—then, for a moment, unable to fully stay conscious.

In the video obtained by TMZ, the woman tells Las Vegas cops that Drake Von was on top of her and that she couldn’t breathe as she tried to get him off. She says she eventually kicked him and broke free, but claims Von snatched her cellphone during the struggle.

She tells officers she believes she briefly blacked out after Von restricted her breathing. In her account to the police, she says she couldn’t remember anything for about two seconds.

Von has denied the allegations. In a statement to TMZ following his arrest, he said, “All allegations are false, charges will be dropped, and it was all a misunderstanding.” He also described the case as a “publicity stunt.”
