The prize has reached $511 million with a cash value of $231 million. If one ticket pulls the full jackpot, the winner would face two payment paths: a one-time, lump-sum cash option or an immediate payment followed by annual checks, with each annual payment 5% larger than the previous year.
The last Mega Millions jackpot winner was more than three months ago, when a person from Ohio took home $60 million on St. Patrick’s Day.

Easy Pick says the computer picks the numbers, so basically it’s rigged right? Like if the odds are the same then why does it feel like certain states always win. Also tickets at grocery stores??? I thought you had to go to a special lottery place. The numbers 26 41 50 53 62 plus 12 mega ball, okay, but if multiple winners happen how do they pick who gets the cash value vs the annual checks? That part didn’t make sense to me.
