WWE Clash in Italy predictions: five title turns

WWE Clash – From a potential Oba Femi vs. Brock Lesnar rematch that could flip the WWE’s “biggest history” claim into truth, to Roman Reigns’ Tribal Combat plans and Cody Rhodes’ Undisputed WWE Championship risk—this Clash in Italy card is loaded with outcomes that feel a

The lights are about to hit the Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy, and by Sunday at 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. PT, WWE Clash in Italy becomes the kind of night where “pretty” is optional.

In this WWE preview built around high-voltage matchups, the predictions point to a simple theme: whoever leaves with momentum won’t do it quietly. The broadcast will stream on the ESPN App with an ESPN Unlimited plan in the United States and on Netflix internationally.

There’s no match that grabs attention like Oba Femi vs. Brock Lesnar. When Paul Heyman calls it “the biggest rematch in WWE history. ” it’s the kind of statement that sounds impossible—until you remember some of the rematches WWE has already carried into legend. including The Rock vs. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels vs. The Undertaker, and The Rock vs. John Cena. Lesnar against Femi, the argument goes, has the ingredients to belong in that conversation.

Femi’s case is hard to ignore. Since joining the main roster, his total domination has been palpable. His WrestleMania 42 destruction of The Beast—done in less than five minutes—was treated as proof that what happened then wasn’t an accident. And he still hasn’t lost on the main roster. That’s why the prediction doesn’t pretend certainty.

It’s described as a coin flip, but with one promise: this match is going to be high-intensity, and it could end with an earth-shattering moment—whether that comes as a Fall From Grace or an F-5. The call lands in one direction: Oba Femi defeats Brock Lesnar.

Over on the World Heavyweight Championship, Roman Reigns (c) vs. Jacob Fatu is framed as a rivalry that has been simmering—and then boiling over. The lead-up to their Tribal Combat Match between cousins turned into a fierce. bitter feud over the last few weeks. reaching a peak until the final moments of Raw on Monday.

Calling it Tribal Combat is more than branding. In this matchup. anything goes. and Jacob Fatu is expected to push for exactly what he wants—down to enforcing the Samoan Death Grip. Reigns, for his part, isn’t interested in losing control of the story. The prediction ties it to what Reigns has said himself: Jacob winning would mean becoming “The Head of the Table” and “The Shot Caller. ” and Reigns isn’t going to allow that.

The build points to fierce push-back, with the underlying theme described as a defeated Fatu being “domesticated” by Reigns. And if Reigns has to do it dirty. then the Tribal Combat stipulation is there to make sure the end result isn’t gentle. The prediction: Roman Reigns retains the World Heavyweight Championship.

Then comes the Undisputed WWE Championship Match—Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Gunther—where the fear isn’t the match itself so much as what could spill out around it. The preview spells out the concern plainly: this is the kind of match that “screams outside interference” for deciding the winner.

That’s where the questions start stacking up. The preview raises whether Randy Orton has forgotten about “The American Nightmare” since WrestleMania 42. and whether he might be returning now. It also introduces another trouble spot: Sami Zayn. described as “off-kilter. ” and the possibility that he could do something that costs Rhodes his title.

There’s also the “Royce Keys dilemma,” with the unknown depending on who gets involved—and who they end up favoring.

But the preview also leans on a counterweight. It argues that PLEs have a history of chicanery without anything really happening, suggesting the audience may be “looking to deep into this.” Gunther, meanwhile, doesn’t need the gold to move forward—still portrayed as a career killer.

And Orton’s angle is impossible to overlook in this storyline: he could have a chance to beat Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam for his 15th World Title. inching closer to Ric Flair and John Cena. With all of that tension hanging in the air, the prediction remains straightforward: Cody Rhodes retains the Undisputed WWE Championship.

The card keeps rolling with Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship. built on the idea that history from WrestleMania carries weight into this rematch. Ripley is expected to try to equal what she did at “The Show of Shows” last month by putting on a show-stopping performance again.

Still, the preview frames Ripley’s title run as fragile for one simple reason: losing the title that took so long to regain in a little more than a month feels like a long shot. The complication is that “clean” also doesn’t feel likely.

B-Fab and Michin are listed as possible factors. The preview then adds another layer of chaos: Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair. Flair. described as having reluctantly helped the same person who took her title two years ago. becomes part of a scenario the preview can picture even if it’s not guaranteed.

The prediction leans into it—an “oopsie” by Charlotte could allow Cargill to get the title back. That, in turn, would set up what “we all want to see”: Rhea Ripley vs. Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam. The prediction: Jade Cargill def. Rhea Ripley to win the WWE Women’s Championship.

The night’s final major prediction comes in the Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Sol Ruca. If there’s one match described as uncertain, this is it. Ruca is presented as someone who “has Superstar written all over her. ” but the preview asks the obvious question: can she take the Women’s Intercontinental Title from a dominant champion like Becky Lynch?.

The preview points to timing and momentum. Since moving from NXT full-time, Ruca’s only win is said to be a disqualification victory over Lynch at last week’s Saturday Night’s Main Event in a non-title bout. That doesn’t automatically shut the door—it just makes the leap feel fast.

It’s also hard to overlook the weight of Lynch herself. She’s framed as a future WWE Hall of Famer, “The Man,” and the odds may feel stacked. Still, the preview insists you can’t overlook what “one Sol Snatcher” could produce. The conclusion treats this match like the purest coin flip on the card. The prediction: Sol Ruca def. Becky Lynch to win the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.

  1. Wait this is streaming on Netflix too? I’m confused because I thought WWE stuff was always on Peacock. Anyway Oba Femi vs Brock sounds like it’ll be the only good match.

  2. Cody Rhodes “risk”??? Isn’t he champion like always? This article makes it sound like he’s about to get jumped by everybody’s cousins in the parking lot. Also the “biggest history” thing is probably just marketing talk, right?

  3. The lights hit Inalpi Arena and people act like that means something. half the time these predictions are wrong anyway. I heard Oba Femi already won the whole feud or whatever so why is there a rematch hype?? Brock Lesnar coming back to beat him again would be crazy but also I swear they said the same thing last time. I’m just gonna watch for Roman fights because that’s the only part that makes sense to me.
