Whitney Leavitt Teases Return to Broadway 2 Months After Record-Breaking Run in ‘Chicago’

Whitney Leavitt is teasing a potential return to the Great White Way!
The 33-year-old reality star-turned actress took to social media ahead of the weekend to hint at her next role.
“Your girl is gunna [sic] be back on Broadway soon,” she wrote over a video of her singing, but with no sound, per Us Weekly. She also added the looking eyes emoji, the tongue sticking out emoji, and the giggling face with the hand over the mouth emoji.
No other details have been revealed at the time of this post, but an announcement could be coming soon!
Earlier this year, Whitney made her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in the long-running Chicago musical, where she extended her run multiple times after helping double the show’s box office gross. Her DWTS partner, Mark Ballas, also joined her in the show for a month.
Last month, Whitney told Trisha Paytas on her Just Trish podcast that if she were to return to Chicago, she would love to play Velma Kelly.
“I feel like if I did, I would want to play Velma,” she said. “I feel like that would be pretty iconic.”
During her final performance in Chicago, Whitney revealed she was leaving Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives after five seasons. She later confirmed she would wrap up the upcoming fifth season.
Whitney also hinted that she and her husband, Connor Leavitt, could be starring in their own reality show.
