From golden toilets to arcade games: Who is The Secret Handshake?
The anonymous art group The Secret Handshake has made headlines with provocative Trump-themed works around DC, from a golden toilet to video games.
A new arcade game has landed on the National Mall, giving visitors a satirical take on President Donald Trump’s ambitions for Greenland.
The game comes from The Secret Handshake, an art collective that has used public installations around DC to mock Trump and his administration.
Three arcade cabinets were placed Monday at the D.C. War Memorial, where they will remain for several days. Another was sent to Nuuk, Greenland.
The group has previously brought a giant gold toilet, a sculpture depicting Trump and Jeffrey Epstein and other provocative works to D.C. In May, it also unveiled a video game mocking the Trump administration’s promotion of its Iran military campaign.

What is ‘Operation Epic Furious: Nuuk ’Em All’?
The new game turns Trump’s Greenland ambitions into a retro arcade adventure.
Players control Trump as he heads north toward Greenland, battling “Woke Yetis,” fully vaccinated children and Danish people while trying to keep the president from falling asleep.
There are also smaller challenges and Easter eggs, including a side quest to find notes left for Trump by Natalie Harp.
The game imagines Greenland becoming an American project filled with military bases, businesses, rare-earth mining, cryptocurrency operations and golf courses.
But even after players make it through the Greenland adventure, the game sends them back to the Iran war, which The Secret Handshake describes as a conflict that cannot be won.
The game is a sequel to “Operation Epic Furious: Strait to Hell,” which the group created in response to the Trump administration’s use of video-game imagery to promote its military campaign against Iran.
