When Universal Epic Universe first opened its gates in Orlando, Florida, it felt like the start of something huge. Now, a year later, the park is turning that anniversary into a shopping moment—offering exclusive collectibles tied to every corner of the experience.
The park’s central hub. Celestial Park. is rolling out Lug bags and coinpurses featuring the park mascot Captain Cacao. along with a vinyl album of the park’s soundtrack. Fans drawn to the eerie side of the resort can lean into Dark Universe with themed temporary tattoos. plus a Frankenstein Manor bag from Loungefly.
Super Nintendo World fans will find a collection inspired by the Mount Beanpole level of Super Mario 3D World. including apparel. a themed tumbler. and a gold “power up” wristwatch. Over in the world of How to Train Your Dragon. the Isle of Berk section is offering a Toothless Loungefly bag and the park’s soundtrack on vinyl.
And just in time for HBO’s new Harry Potter series. the Ministry of Magic lineup adds a new layer of “wand” energy. Visitors can choose from two new series of collector wands: a line of glass wands inspired by Wizarding World characters. and interactive wands with illuminated spell effects and haptic responses activated by locations in the park.

The merch push lands alongside the park’s broader origin story: construction on Epic Universe began in 2019 in Orlando, Florida. The park is built around five separate themed areas. all connected by Celestial Park. an astrology-themed hub that offers gateways to the other sections. Dark Universe celebrates Universal’s horror tradition stretching back to the Universal Monsters movies of the 1930s and 1940s. while the Isle of Berk transports guests into the medieval fantasy world of How to Train Your Dragon. Super Nintendo World brings guests into the virtual worlds of Mario and Donkey Kong. and The Ministry of Magic is one of three Wizarding World areas inside Universal’s Orlando trio of parks.
Epic Universe is one of three parks that make up Universal Orlando. It also includes Universal’s Islands of Adventure, which features areas themed to Marvel, Dr. Seuss. King Kong. and Jurassic Park. and Universal Studios Florida. which includes attractions themed around Universal’s TV and movie franchises.

Celestial Park merch?? I swear they could just sell popcorn and call it a day. Also that wristwatch sounds like it’s gonna be super overpriced.
Wait is this the one with like the “wand” things that react to the park locations? Sounds kinda like those novelty toys that never work half the time. And if HBO has a Harry Potter series now I’m sure they’ll cram everything into it.
So the park turns one year old and the headline is merch… ok. I read “ordering opening tomorrow May 22 on ShopUniversal.com” and thought that meant tickets go on sale too lol. Glad they got Dark Universe tattoos though, that’s the only thing that actually sounds fun, not the coinpurses or whatever. Also super Nintendo World stuff already feels like it’s been there forever.
