Ummm… Ted Cruz Has Something To Say About Trump’s ‘Balls’

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) on Monday took his flattery of President Donald Trump to a strange new level.
“Look, my favorite attribute about Donald Trump is the guy has cast-iron balls,” he told Fox News host Sean Hannity during a podcast interview. “He just does, at a level that there’s no parallel in history.”
Cruz slammed some members of his own party as “weak, lily-livered Republicans” who are “scared” and “run in the other direction” at any sign of a fight.
“Nothing scares Trump,” Cruz declared. “At times, I would urge him, y’know, a little more discipline and focus. Like, focus on the task. But the fearlessness, the energy, that is phenomenal.”
Cruz ran against Trump during a bitter 2016 Republican primary season. Trump not only attacked Cruz as “Lyin’ Ted,” but also insulted his wife’s looks and suggested that his father was somehow linked to the John F. Kennedy assassination.
But that changed quickly. Cruz ultimately not only endorsed Trump but actively campaigned for him. After Trump won, Cruz became a key Senate ally and has remained full of praise for the president ever since.
