A security incident involving Canvas is disrupting teaching and course access across the University of California system, prompting the university to temporarily restrict login.

Meanwhile. UC said its Office of the President directed campuses to temporarily block or redirect Canvas access until the university is confident the system is secure.. Social Security numbers. birthdates. or bank account details through email. text. or phone calls.
