A Frontier Airlines departure from Denver to Los Angeles was abruptly canceled after a pedestrian was struck on the runway during takeoff, triggering a precautionary evacuation and an emergency response.
Frontier said its Flight 4345 hit an individual on the runway as the aircraft prepared to depart.. Denver International Airport also confirmed the incident occurred shortly after 11:15 p.m.. The airline reported no injuries among passengers or crew.. However, the condition of the pedestrian was not immediately provided.
