Tom Sandoval didn’t wait for the morning after to ask for protection.
On Thursday. June 25. Victoria Lee Robinson—Sandoval’s girlfriend—was arrested after the former Vanderpump Rules star reportedly filed a restraining order. The filing follows an incident described in court documents as escalating from a tense argument into an alleged physical attack at Sandoval’s home.
Sandoval, who is 42, claims that after a night of drinking, he was verbally and physically abused by Robinson, 33. He says the conflict began as a verbal argument with Victoria when he noticed she was filming him. In Sandoval’s account, that moment set off further aggression, including behavior from Victoria’s father, Will Robinson.
According to the documents, Sandoval locked himself in a room for protection when his situation worsened. He alleges that Victoria later attacked him at the home. hitting him so hard in the face and head that his vision became blurry. After the alleged assault, Sandoval called police, who arrived and arrested Victoria.
The situation is also tied to a prior night of allegations involving Victoria’s father. Sandoval says Victoria and Will Robinson had been living with him, and he is also accused of lunging at Sandoval and putting him in a bear hug the night of June 3, just before Victoria allegedly assaulted him.
Sandoval further claims Robinson has been abusive throughout their 2+ year relationship. He alleges she punched him in the face. threw a full Gatorade bottle at him. verbally abused him. changed his passwords on his phone and social media. and tracked him through an AirTag. He also says she called him a “f–king loser” and told him she could do much better than him.
In the restraining order filing, Sandoval is now asking that Victoria and her father be removed from his house as soon as possible.
The dispute has also brought new attention to Victoria’s past relationships. She was previously romantically linked to an Oscar-winning actor.
