Tom Sandoval Seeks Restraining Order After Alleged Assault

Tom Sandoval filed for a restraining order after an arrest stemming from an alleged domestic-violence incident that, according to his court filing, left him unable to see clearly.
The Vanderpump Rules alum says Victoria Lee Robinson verbally and physically abused him following a night of drinking on June 3. an evening he also points to as the moment their relationship ended. In the documents reviewed by MISRYOUM, Sandoval claims their argument began after he noticed Robinson was filming him.
He also alleges that Robinson’s father, Will Robinson—who had been living with the couple—stepped in and turned aggressive. Sandoval says he locked himself in a guest room for protection as events escalated.
Sandoval’s filing describes violence that night in vivid, alarming detail. He alleges Will “punched a large hole” and put his face in the opening before smiling and telling him he would “f**k him up.” He further claims Will lunged at Tom and put him in a bear hug. Sandoval then alleges Robinson hit him in the face and head so hard that his vision blurred.
The court documents include Sandoval describing injuries that lasted. He says he sustained “a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of [Robinson] striking me that night.” He adds that the pain in his mouth persisted for two weeks and that he visited the ER to be evaluated.
Sandoval also alleges that after the alleged attack, Robinson began recording to present herself as the victim. He says he called the police, and when officers arrived, they arrested Robinson.
Page Six reported that Leonardo DiCaprio’s former friend bonded out and was released the same day of her arrest, and that she had a court hearing on Thursday.
Beyond June 3, Sandoval’s filing lays out a broader picture of abuse during their two-year relationship. He alleges Robinson punched him in the face. threw a full Gatorade bottle at him. verbally abused him. changed the passwords on his phone and social media. and tracked him via an AirTag. He also claims she told him he was a “fucking loser” and that she could do way better than him.
In a separate development, Page Six reported that since the June 3 incident, Sandoval says Robinson and her dad continue to live in the rental home he is paying for. Sandoval claims he has been “completely displaced,” staying at various hotels and a friend’s home.
In his request for an immediate move-out order. Sandoval says. “I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control over my home. vehicle and belongings. I am requesting an immediate move-out order because I genuinely fear returning to the [residence] while [Robinson] and her father remain there and I have no alternate long-term accommodations.”.
At this time, neither Tom Sandoval nor Victoria Lee Robinson has addressed the allegations publicly.
A source confirmed to Us Weekly on Thursday that the two are no longer together, adding that Sandoval “has been endured this abuse for many months.” The source also said Sandoval has been paying rent and utilities and that Robinson’s father had been living in the house for free.
Sandoval’s filing is now asking the court for protection—coming after a night he describes as escalating from an argument into physical harm, with his vision blurred and medical care following days later.
