Tiger Woods’ DUI Fate Revealed As Judge Makes Serious Statement: ‘No Exceptions’

The fate in Tiger Woods‘ DUI case stemming from a March 27 arrest in Florida has been sealed.

After pleading no contest to reduced reckless driving charges (a change from his initial not guilty plea to the previous, more severe DUI charge), a judge decided on Wednesday that the 50-year-old golf pro will pay $1,500 in fines and court costs AND be suspended from driving for a total of five years.

Translation: No Jail Time!

But even though the 15-time major champion is leaving court a free man, the judge made a stern declaration:

“There are no exceptions. If you were to drive for any reason at all, you would go immediately back to jail.”

So… does that include golf carts? It just might!

As noted by TMZ‘s Harvey Levin, the judge’s warning doesn’t specify driving cars, it says “to drive for any reason at all” which means Woods’ best bet is to just call it a day and hire a personal driver — both for the roads and the grass!

All in all this has to feel like a huge relief for him. Wouldn’t you feel that way?
