These 12 luxury New England properties are perfect for house swapping this fall

For those who enjoy swapping houses for a foliage-filled vacation, New England is full of luxury properties that fit the bill this fall, according to HomeExchange Collection.

The luxury home swapping platform allows members to exchange their own luxurious home for more than 350,000 others nationally and worldwide.

Home swappers pay an annual membership fee of $1,500, which includes an unlimited number of swaps with no additional exchange fees or nightly charges.

Vermont

Ellen’s Edge near Mount Ellen in Vermont (pictured above) is a mountain retreat located minutes from Sugarbush Resort and Mad River Glen. It features five bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a back deck with a hot tub, a gym, and an “Adventure Zone” with basketball, air hockey, foosball, arcade table, and 75-inch TV. Guests have access to skiing, hiking, biking, and other mountain adventures nearby.

Cedarwalk, a three-level luxury timber frame home on a dead end road in the heart of Killington, Vermont, has six bedrooms and sleeps 10. The property boasts high ceilings, a fully-stocked kitchen, two living rooms, and an outdoor deck with a hot tub. Nearby, guests can explore two golf courses, hiking trails, brewery tours, and more.

Massachusetts
