Theresa Randle’s ex, Dario Pallini, has filed for a restraining order, alleging she broke into his home on June 1, threatened to kill him, and attacked him. A temporary restraining order has been granted, with a hearing set for June 23.
Theresa Randle’s personal life has hit a legal flashpoint again—this time, with a restraining order filing that alleges break-ins, threats, and violence.
Dario Pallini, identified in the petition as the woman’s ex and someone who says they dated for two years, is asking a judge for protection after claiming Randle has been harassing him since their 2024 split. The petition states that Randle is 61 and that she also appeared in “Malcolm X.”
Pallini’s request centers on an incident he says happened on June 1. He claims that when he came home. he found Randle “sitting in my closet with my dog” and “smoking crack.” Pallini says she appeared to be unaware he was there at first. then told him she thought he was in jail. He adds that he told her she needed to leave. but claims Randle “began saying things that didn’t make sense” and told him. “she doesn’t bow down to no man. you Aryan piece of s***.”.
The petition describes escalating fear. Pallini says he threatened to call the cops, and that led to Randle throwing a can of vegetables at him, hitting him in the head. He says he then called police, who made her leave, but he remains afraid she will come back and break in.
Pallini also alleges a separate incident on May 18. In that filing, he says he woke up to find Randle in his apartment. He claims he could “tell she was high” because she started to clean his house and told him that he “owe[s] her.” He further claims Randle threatened to shoot him.
According to Pallini’s petition, the situation turned physical when Randle grabbed a pole that was part of his medical bed and swung it at his head. He says she hit him in the shoulder before he was able to grab the pole from her, and that she was arrested that night as well.
In his filing, Pallini asks the judge to intervene, telling the court, “She is addicted to drugs and needs help.”
A judge has granted the temporary restraining order. A hearing date has been set for June 23.
The new filing arrives after earlier court trouble. As previously reported. Theresa Randle was booked on March 1 on a felony corporal injury charge. but the case was later dropped. The actress was also arrested in October 2024 on assault charges. and the DA ended up not pressing charges in that case.
