‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ Series Finale Lineup Revealed, Including Appearances By Her 2 Kids! (Photos) | Just Jared
The series finale of The Kelly Clarkson Show is set to air today (August 31) across the country on over 200 television stations.
If you don’t recall, Kelly Clarkson announced her decision to end her daytime talk show after seven seasons on the air earlier this year.
Kelly Clarkson’s statement on the end of her talk show
“I have been extremely fortunate to work with such an outstanding group of people at The Kelly Clarkson Show, both in Los Angeles and New York. There have been so many amazing moments and shows over these seven seasons. I am forever grateful and honored to have worked alongside the greatest band and crew you could hope for, all the talent and inspiring people who have shared their time and lives with us, all the fans who have supported our show and to NBC for always being such a supportive and incredible partner,” Kelly began (via Variety).
She added, “Because of all of that, this was not an easy decision, but this season will be my last hosting The Kelly Clarkson Show.”
“Stepping away from the daily schedule will allow me to prioritize my kids, which feels necessary and right for this next chapter of our lives,” she said. “This isn’t goodbye. I’ll still be making music, playing shows here and there and you may catch me on The Voice from time to time … you never know where I might show up next. But for now, I want to thank y’all so much for allowing our show to be a part of your lives, and for believing in us and hanging with us for seven incredible years.”
The lineup for the final episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show
The final episode is going to feature a “By Request” hour, with Kelly performing some more iconic Kellyoke numbers.
She’ll perform “Golden,” “Since You Been Gone,” “Sober,” “Stronger,” “Piece by Piece,” “Didn’t I,” and the TV debut of her new single, “I’d Be Lying.”
In addition, Kelly will be celebrating on stage with her crew, as well as her two children, Remy, 10, and River Rose, 12.
If you don’t know, Kelly‘s ex, and the father of her kids, Brandon Blackstock, passed away at the age of 48 in August of 2025 following a three-year battle with cancer. His cause of death was released, and she recently gave an update on how the kids are doing.
