Hae-gang targets the enormous reserve fund belonging to a massive apartment complex. To get access to the money, he must win the residents’ association election and become the building’s representative. Before long, he teams up with Kang Ha-ri, an aspiring lawyer.
However, what begins as a straightforward con quickly turns complicated. Hae-gang uncovers corruption within the apartment complex and becomes tangled with the powerful people trying to control its future. Maybe he is an accidental hero after all? You’ll need to tune in to find out. So far, the series has managed to weave together several moving parts, which may be enough to keep viewers coming back for more.
While The Apartment season 2 is unlikely, the show is still ongoing. New episodes drop weekly on Netflix, with the finale scheduled for August 16.
