The reintroduced app doesn’t feel like a stripped-down afterthought. It preserves familiar parts of the Telegram experience from the phone app, including chat backgrounds. Group chats are also designed to be manageable on a watch. using a condensed layout that makes long conversations easier to move through.
There’s also a practical bridge back to your phone: conversations include a prominent “Open on Phone” button, so you can quickly continue reading where you left off in the full Telegram app.
For Wear OS users who weren’t around—or didn’t stick with the wearable workaround—this moment carries extra weight.
