Friday at Muirfield Village is set for a long stretch of tee times—and for Jordan Spieth, it begins in a hurry.
The 2026 Memorial Tournament continues on Friday, June 5, with the second round at Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio. Spieth, once again trying to break out of a lengthy PGA Tour winless streak, will tee off for Round 2 at 11:15 a.m. ET alongside Jason Day.
Spieth’s search for his next win has been going on since the spring of 2022. Before that drought began, he had racked up 13 Tour victories in his career, including three major championships. None of those Tour wins came at Muirfield Village—the home course of the Memorial. After an opening-round start on Thursday that featured two birdies through 11 holes and had him near the top of the leaderboard. late struggles left him a few shots back of the early lead. Friday’s second round is his chance to get back into contention for the weekend.
