Spencer Pratt declares war after LA mayor loss

After losing the El Lay mayoral race, Spencer Pratt says he’s moving into what he calls the “next phase,” launching attacks on Karen Bass and Nithya Raman, warning of economic and public-safety fallout, and alleging he has recordings that could force a candida

Spencer Pratt says the campaign fight is over. Then, in a new social media video posted Friday, he immediately escalates—rattling off insults, name-checking fellow mayoral contenders, and insisting he has “dirt” that could trigger a resignation.

The 42-year-old says he’s “not quitting when it comes to” his mission to “save Los Angeles” after his recent loss in the El Lay mayoral race. In the clip. he signals a shift from public campaigning to a more aggressive push. describing how he spent time “slaying everybody” and adding. “from the bottom of my heart. I like to take the chance to apologize.”.

The apology doesn’t last long. Pratt pivots into a direct challenge to anyone who thought he would disappear after the vote. aiming his ire at figures he believes mocked him—especially a joking U-Haul moment involving Jimmy Kimmel. “You think you can get rid of me that easily?” he asks. then says he knows “dim-witted jerks thought” he was “in this for a grift” and would “leave town if I didn’t get into City Hall.” He insists. “It’s just not fair. ” and argues. “I didn’t get in this for political power. I got in this to expose this corrupt machine and nothing has changed.”.

From there. Pratt turns his focus to Nithya Raman and Karen Bass. declaring what he calls “war.” He tells Raman. “You enjoy your worthless meetings in City Hall. ” and says Raman should “show what you’re really about or get the f**k out of the race. ” adding. “I’m gonna be lighting you up every single day.” He also says that because he no longer has campaign constraints—claiming “I don’t have campaign laws hamstringing me now”—he won’t be holding back. He then frames Los Angeles as facing a high-stakes choice between the candidates. saying: “Angelenos are now stuck with two morons responsible for all their problems and they have to choose between dumb and dumber.”.

Pratt’s threats become more sweeping as he lays out what he believes is coming for the city if the other contenders win. He warns that “the machine protecting the machine” will accelerate every problem he attributes to “these two corrupt communists. ” and says he believes developers. hoteliers. business owners. and entrepreneurs are “texting” him that they’re “packing up and leaving town.” He predicts more restaurant closures. less tax revenue. and service cuts—warning of “more potholes. less firefighters. less police patrols. more criminals. more drug addicts terrorizing your communities.” He adds. “And we haven’t ended it.”.

In the same video. he also claims the city is already in shambles. pointing to what he describes as visible neglect. He calls out “bad things” that he says will worsen if Karen is reelected. and cites “weeds growing from every cracking crevice. ” “graffiti over every square inch of public space. ” “garbage. ” “drugs. ” “feces. ” “burned up dogs. ” “burned down towns. ” and “abandoned storefronts.” He tells viewers they would be “reward[ing] the arsonist who torched a place with four more years of destruction. ” then says. “My goal hasn’t changed. I’ve been laser focused on stopping these commie animals and I will stop them.” He also promises that if fraud and “evil” were uncovered in the campaign. viewers should “wait.”.

But the sharpest bombshell comes next: Pratt alleges he has “some recordings” of one of the candidates—insisting the material would be enough to make the person “resign in shame.” “I was saving it for the general election. ” he says. then challenges voters directly: “Go ahead and pick your demon. certify your choice. and then you get to see it.” He tells Bass and Raman—“Karen. Nithya. ask yourself”—whether “one of your employees may have a recording of you doing or saying something that would force you to resign in disgrace.”.

Pratt says his motivation is personal as well as political. He claims he hasn’t slept well for “the last 17 months. ” and says that includes “My mom” and “All my neighbors in the Palisades. ” along with “All the moms who worry about their kids walking past drug addicts in front of their schools.” He also points to “business owners getting crushed in the LA economy. ” saying they worry they can’t stay open or “feed their kids.” He argues that “corrupt politicians and fraudulent NGOs” profit off “the misery” while “fleece[ing]” taxpayers. and says. “Well. now we’re flipping the script.”.

The video ends with an ominous warning. Pratt tells viewers he wants them “awake at night, sweating and worried about 5 a.m. when the FBI blazers bust in the door. breaking open your office. because I assure you. they’re coming.” He adds. “You think your election was going to stop me?. If you want to stop me…” and then plays a final movie clip saying. “you’re going to have to f**king kill me!”.

Pratt’s latest move lands on social media alongside an image credited as “MEGA/WENN,” as the fallout from the El Lay mayoral race continues to play out in public—and in his words, on a far larger stage.
