The last-place Seattle Storm will look for just their third set of back-to-back wins on the year when they host the Los Angeles Sparks (-120) at Climate Pledge Arena.
My Sparks vs. Storm predictions and WNBA picks for Aug. 30 take aim at the total, as the Over has cashed in nine of the last 10 between these teams.

The Seattle Storm rank seventh in scoring over their last 15 games, with Dominique Malonga powering an interior attack that ranks tied for fourth in paint scoring. The Los Angeles Sparks are vulnerable inside, allowing 43.0 paint points per game — tied for last in the WNBA.
The Sparks also allow 92.3 points per game, second-worst in the league, while Seattle has surrendered 92.9 over since July 12, ranking 13th.
L.A. can score in bunches, going 8-5 to the Over after wins. With both defenses vulnerable, I expect another high-scoring matchup.
I’d play the Over up to 174.5 points.
