‘The loveliest boy’ as Seán Murray dies unexpectedly

Tearful tributes are pouring in for a man who passed away unexpectedly in Co. Cork on Saturday. Seán Murray, from Knocknaheeny , has been remembered by family and friends as “the loveliest boy” and as someone who always had a smile on his face and all the time in the world for his friends. Seán’s Requiem Mass will take place in St. Mary’s on the Hill Church, Knocknaheeny at 11.30am on Thursday. “Sleep tight my handsome boy, a lot of broken hearts left behind but
I hope your at peace,” wrote one relative. “Watching you grow up and become the most kind hearted, funny and beautiful person inside and out is something I’ll hold close to my heart for the rest of my life.” A friend said: “My sincere condolences Sinead, Gemma and Adrian, on your devastating loss. Sean was such a gorgeous boy. Thinking of you all with this heartbreaking loss.” A neighbour expressed their sadness saying: “Rest in peace my neighbour Sean, my heart is broken over you.
Many happy memories playing in the terrace together when we were kids making up dances and go around on roller skates. “Thinking of all your family such a kind soul u were Sean Murray.” Seán’s death notice on RIP.ie reads: ” Seán, cherished and adored son of Sineád and Aidan and loving brother of Gemma and Adrian. Now joining his grandfathers, aunt Tina, niece Emily Rose, and his special friends Maria, Shauna and Shauna in heaven. “Sadly missed and deeply mourned by his heartbroken mother,
his adoring family, his Godmother and aunt Linda, his Godfather and uncle Gerard, his grandmothers Rose and Kitty, his nephews Lee and Ajay, his nieces Sophia and Amelia, Gemma’s partner Darren, his aunts and uncles, the O’Connor family, especially Janice, all his cousins, his best friends Courtney, Aisling, Faye and Corey, all his Godchildren, and his wide circle of friends and neighbours. “Seán will be reposing at O’Connor Bros.
