Seahawks 2026 schedule spans all days except Tuesday

Seahawks 2026 – Seattle’s 2026 NFL slate is set to be a showcase of the league’s shifting TV-first scheduling, with games spread across nearly every day of the week—except Tuesday.

The NFL’s schedule shuffle is getting harder to ignore, with more games moving off Sundays to chase bigger TV and streaming payouts. In 2026, the Seattle Seahawks will be at the center of that trend, playing on every day of the week except Tuesday.

Seattle will open its 2026 season with the traditional first-game slot for the defending Super Bowl champions.. But the Seahawks’ opener won’t land where fans have grown used to it.. Instead of being played in the usual Thursday-night window, the team will host its first game on Wednesday, September 9.

From there, the rhythm shifts again.. The rest of the Seahawks’ schedule includes 10 games on Sundays. one Thursday night contest. two Monday night games. a Saturday matchup in Week 15. and a Christmas night game that falls on a Friday this year.. Their season ends in Week 17, with the final game set for either a Saturday or a Sunday.

The Seahawks aren’t the only team in recent league history to test the limits of that week-long spread. The only other team in NFL history to play on six different days of the week was the 2024 Chiefs, who were also the defending Super Bowl champions and likewise played every day but Tuesday.

No club has ever played on all seven days of the week, but the way the NFL is increasingly moving games around suggests that record could be challenged soon—and Seattle’s slate is one of the clearest hints yet.
