For Jeffrey Epstein. 2009 wasn’t just another chapter—it was a 13-month prison sentence in Florida. and a period when he was allowed to spend much of his time on work release at a Palm Beach office. During that time. the former financier reportedly received visits from someone with a name that still carries royal weight: Sarah Ferguson.

The former Duchess of York—Sarah Ferguson, also known as “Fergie”—is alleged to have visited Epstein twice at a Palm Beach office where he was serving his jail term after copping a plea to a charge of soliciting a person under the age of 18 for prostitution.

The account centers on 2009 emails that were uncovered, including messages tied to Ferguson sending notes to Epstein. One of those emails allegedly referred to Epstein as Ferguson’s “dear spectacular and special friend Jeffrey.”

Ferguson’s first meeting, as described in the emails, allegedly happened nine months into Epstein’s 13-month sentence. In the message. she reportedly told Epstein she would “swing by his office for a ‘quick cup of tea’” to hand him documents connected to a charity. She allegedly signed the note, “Love Sarah The red Head.!!”.

A second purported email points to a later meeting, allegedly taking place in May 2009. In that account. Ferguson—again referred to as “Fergie”—reportedly requested to be picked up by Epstein’s driver and chauffeured to the Palm Beach office. She also allegedly asked Epstein to have the driver take her to Miami, adding, “Please with roses on top!”.

The pattern is stark: Epstein is described as serving a sentence tied to child solicitation in Florida. yet the emails suggest access to his office during a window that included work release. Together. the claims place those visits and the messages around the same Palm Beach setting—right in the middle of his 13-month term.

Ferguson has not publicly addressed the allegations in the material provided. TMZ reached out to Sarah for comment, and so far, there has been no word back.

Epstein died in 2019: in August 2019, he died by suicide in a federal lockup while awaiting trial on child sex trafficking charges.
