Always working! Ryan Seacrest shared that he was still putting in the work on an exercise bike despite being on his phone.

In the photo, Seacrest sat on an exercise bike in a sleeveless black shirt, short Tetra-Lite shorts, and white Hoka sneakers. He looked down at his phone, which he held with both hands, with a smile.
The outfit showed off his toned arms and legs. The Wheel of Fortune host was outside, pedaling on a stationary bike. There were small weights behind him, sitting on a mat. Someone appeared to have taken the photo of Seacrest against a brick wall. Fans heard a woman chuckling in a recent cooking video, leading them to believe he has a secret girlfriend, but it is not confirmed.
The post was for an ad with the online casino, Chumba Casino, but that didn’t stop Seacrest’s followers from fawning over him. Many of them commented with heart eyes, hearts, and afire emojis.
“Lookin ‘ good, Ryan always fit as a fiddle,” one fan said.

The host is gearing up for a new season of Wheel of Fortune, which is set to premiere in September. He always has his hands in multiple projects, so Seacrest has to stay fit to keep up with them.
Seacrest showed off his toned arms in a post in July when he stood in a field of sunflowers in a sleeveless shirt. The last time he shared a full workout post was in April. Seacrest showed off his six-pack on the beach while exercising with a huge rock.
