RedMagic 11S Pro brings liquid cooling to overclock

RedMagic 11S – RedMagic’s 11S Pro, a flagship Android gaming phone, pairs an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip with liquid cooling—aimed at keeping performance steady during long sessions. The device also upgrades its 7,500mAh battery, adds 80W wireless charging, and

The new RedMagic 11S Pro is built for one kind of moment: the stretch of gaming where heat usually starts to steal performance. RedMagic is answering that problem with a liquid-cooling setup inside its latest flagship. designed specifically to keep an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 running “Leading Version” speeds.

RedMagic says the 11S Pro’s processor reaches CPU clock speeds of up to 4.74GHz. That’s higher than the standard version of the chip, which maxes out at 4.61GHz. The company is also making big performance claims versus the 10S Pro it replaces. saying the 11S Pro delivers 19% faster CPU. 24% faster GPU. and 39% faster NPU.

Inside the cooling system. RedMagic points to hardware details that underline just how aggressive this design is: a 24. 000 RPM cooling fan paired with a liquid cooling loop and a vapor chamber. RedMagic says this liquid cooling improves heat transfer efficiency by up to 50%. and that it’s meant to keep the phone running smoothly during gaming sessions. The system doesn’t stop at the chip—RedMagic also says it cools the 7,500mAh battery.

  1. 4.74GHz?? That sounds like it’ll melt my whole hand. Also liquid cooling on a phone is wild, I give it like 2 months before something leaks lol.

  2. Wait I thought overclocking was supposed to ruin battery life… but they’re saying 19% faster CPU and bigger 7,500mAh. So is it actually better or just marketing? I’m confused.

  3. I don’t trust the numbers. “39% faster NPU” whatever that even means for normal people. Also 24,000 RPM fan sounds like a tiny jet engine, so the liquid cooling is probably just to cover the noise.
