Motherwell manager Alfred Johansson tells BBC Scotland: “If you take into account the last 20 minutes of the game, I think it’s a good point.
“Falkirk grew into the game and we kind of grew out of it. We will take the point. It’s a game we created a couple of chances and we could have converted better and scored a goal but I think the performance in the second half, we expect more from each other.
“We need to be realistic and realise that it’s a time of change with a lot of new people, players, staff, coming in. You need to realise then that you’re going to have to build relationships, understanding of each other and the way we want to play. We need to learn all these players and that can take a little bit of time.
“We’ve started really good, we’ve taken a couple of victories already and were defensively solid, even if we weren’t happy with the performance on the ball. This game is mainly down to us having to be better on the ball going forward.”
