Ralph Files for Contempt as Drew Slams Leak Claims

Hours after their divorce judgment became final, Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman traded accusations over alleged leaks and gag-order violations—each asking the court to hold the other in contempt and impose sanctions.

For “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans, the headline didn’t just arrive—it escalated fast. Hours after the divorce judgment between Drew Sidora and her ex-husband Ralph Pittman went final, Ralph went back to court with accusations of a gag-order breach tied to their divorce details.

Ralph filed court documents claiming Drew violated the gag order in the case. His filing says someone from a media outlet reached out to him about the matter, which led him to conclude that Drew must have leaked details.

Drew responded with her own court filing, pushing back on the accusation and claiming Ralph violated the gag order by leaking information to TMZ. She framed the situation as more than a misunderstanding, arguing Ralph’s actions were deliberate.

In her motion, Drew said Ralph committed “brazen and willful” contempt based on her belief he spilled details about their court case. Both Drew and Ralph asked the court to find the other in contempt and consider sanctions.

Drew also filed a declaration denying she leaked the divorce documents to TMZ. In that declaration, she said she strongly believed Ralph did so “in a deliberate effort to continue to harm and hurt [her].”

The divorce judgment itself added another layer of public fallout: it revealed Drew’s salary. The case now turns on competing claims about who crossed the gag order—and what happens next if the court agrees with either side.

  1. So Ralph thinks Drew leaked stuff… but then Drew’s saying Ralph leaked to TMZ? I can’t even tell who’s lying, honestly. The headline made it sound like Drew was the problem but now it’s switched up.

  2. Wait the divorce judgment became final and then immediately they’re both running to court again?? That’s wild. Also the part about her salary coming out like that feels like it should’ve been in the drama already, not after. If someone from the media reached out to Ralph doesn’t automatically mean Drew did it but sure, court I guess.

  3. TMZ is basically the final boss of court cases. Like if any of this got leaked, it’ll always be “who contacted who” and nobody will ever prove it. I’m just saying Drew’s already been exposed from the show so of course people assume it’s her, even if Ralph’s the one who talked. Contempt sounds serious but it’ll probably turn into more headlines and less accountability.
