Rachaad White sighting at Commanders practice confirms best-case scenario for injury

Commanders RB Rachaad White is finally back at practice on Thursday after picking up a minor hamstring injury.
The Washington Commanders have been dealing with multiple injuries throughout training camp. Washington will already be without Johnny Newton, who should miss significant time with a pectoral injury. But the good news is that one Commanders player should be back in action very soon.
Commanders running back Rachaad White is back at practice on Thursday, per The Athletic’s Nicki Jhabvala. White was in full pads at practice and was seen catching balls from the jugs machine.
White tweaked his hamstring during a joint practice with the Dolphins last week. That explains why White has been out of practice for the past few days.
Fortunately, the injury is not considered very serious and should not keep White out for long.
More on this story to come.
