Perfect Match star Jimmy Presnell details costly changes

Jimmy Presnell, from Love Is Blind Season 6, says he paid about $10–$11k for a hair transplant and addressed speculation about veneers, describing PRP and composite bonding.
Jimmy Presnell is back on reality TV, but this time the conversation around him starts somewhere else: his face and his hair.
Known to many from “Love Is Blind” Season 6, Presnell has been unusually direct about what has changed since viewers last saw him. In a TikTok video, he linked part of the transformation to a hair transplant he says he underwent at Solve Clinics in River North, Chicago.
Presnell described the procedure in granular terms, saying the clinic charges roughly $5 per graft and that he received a little over 2,000 grafts, estimating “21 or 2,200.” Based on that, he placed the cost at around $10,000 to $11,000 for the transplant.
He also addressed other grooming and maintenance work. In the same video, Presnell said he has been doing PRP, mentioning that he has made videos about it before. He added that the sessions “typically run anywhere from 400 to $600.”
As for the rumors that he may have gotten veneers, Presnell pushed back with a specific alternative. Rather than veneers, he said he had “composite bonding” done on his two front teeth.
Presnell has also been open about his broader wellness habits, pointing to a more intense gym routine as part of his current look.
With “Perfect Match” now underway, the practical question for viewers is whether the glow-up will translate into a lasting match. The season is still early, but Presnell and Ally have already drawn attention, with fans leaning in on the possibility of them becoming a real contender.
