Of course Travis, Jason Kelce are part of Peyton, Eli Manning’s brothers bit in ManningCast: Heist

Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce are joining another pair of famous NFL brothers as Peyton Manning and Eli Manning bring together a star-studded cast for “ManningCast: Heist.”

The Kelces appear alongside Peyton and Eli as part of a brothers bit in the 15-minute “Ocean’s Eleven”-style short film from Omaha Productions. The sequence also features Los Angeles Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh and New York Giants coach John Harbaugh, putting three of football’s most recognizable sets of brothers together in the same production.

“ManningCast: Heist” serves as the schedule reveal for the sixth season of Peyton and Eli’s alternate “Monday Night Football” broadcast. Alex Weprin of The Hollywood Reporter reported that the project features roughly 40 cameos, ranging from current and former NFL figures to Hollywood stars such as Anne Hathaway, Paul Rudd, Glen Powell, Jon Hamm and Larry David.

ESPN’s Kalan Hooks spoke with Peyton and Eli about bringing the Mannings, Kelces and Harbaughs together for the short film, including which duo stands above the others.

“Well, it’s obvious that we can pull off quarter-zips best,” Eli said. “And then I think you can just go backwards from there to answer the rest of your questions.”

Peyton pointed to their signature clothing choice as an advantage over Travis and Jason Kelce and Jim and John Harbaugh.

“Quarter-zips provide such flexibility,” Peyton said. “You can be ready for any type of athletic competition at any moment — from playing golf to going to the gym. So I think that gives us the advantage in a brothers vs. brothers athletic competition.”

The Kelces have become increasingly prominent figures in entertainment outside football through their “New Heights” podcast and other projects, making their inclusion a natural fit for Omaha Productions’ celebrity-heavy concept.

The Harbaughs bring another prominent NFL family connection. Jim and John famously coached against each other in Super Bowl XLVII, while the Kelces later became the first brothers to play against each other in a Super Bowl when the Kansas City Chiefs faced the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII.

For Peyton and Eli, however, “ManningCast: Heist” leaves little debate about which brothers believe they belong at the top.

“So, in our completely unbiased opinion, we’re the best,” Eli said.

“Agreed,” Peyton responded.
