Cops Say He Shoved Baby Mama Into Wall Before Car Attack

Rashod Bateman allegedly shoved the mother of his child into a wall during a fight inside their home … hours before cops say he used a screwdriver to wreck her Mercedes while their infant daughter sat inside.
According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, the Baltimore Ravens wide receiver’s girlfriend, Marissa Crumley, told officers an argument erupted around 3:30 AM on June 3 … she claimed they were fighting over her past, with Bateman allegedly calling her a “liar.”
Crumley told cops Bateman pushed her into a corner wall, leaving her with facial contusions. She said he later told her to pack her things and leave the home.
But she claims after she left with their daughter, Crumley says Bateman repeatedly called and texted, allegedly threatening to put her dog out on the street because he was upset about not being able to say goodbye to the kid. The report says the two then agreed to meet.
Cops say Bateman arrived in a black SUV with a driver, tried to puncture Crumley’s rear tire with a screwdriver, and then used the tool to repeatedly strike her windshield and driver-side window.
As TMZ previously reported, cops say the shattered glass from the window caused cuts to Crumley’s face. Though the report states EMS found no apparent injuries, both mother and child were taken to a hospital.
Bateman’s attorney, Jordan Siev, previously told TMZ, “It is unfortunate that a personal family situation has been taken completely out of context for sensational reasons. We will let the court process play out and the facts will come out at that time.”
A Ravens spokesperson also previously told TMZ … the team was aware of the situation, had been in direct communication with Bateman and notified the NFL. The team said it would not comment further because the matter is pending.
