NFL star arrested after allegedly smashing baby mama’s car… while his 3-month-old child sat in the backseat

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman has been arrested in Georgia after allegedly smashing the windows of his ex-partner’s vehicle while their three-month-old child sat inside.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the alleged incident occurred around 6 AM on June 3, when Bateman reportedly used an object to shatter the windshield and driver’s side window of the victim’s 2021 Mercedes-Benz.

Police reported that the flying glass caused multiple small facial lacerations and contusions to the woman, with officers observing glass fragments on her face during their initial interview.

The couple’s three-month-old infant was sitting in a car seat in the back row of the vehicle throughout the encounter.

Attorneys for Bateman confirmed that the wide receiver turned himself in to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office on the day of the incident.

Weeks after his arrest, Bateman petitioned the court to lift an active no-contact order, claiming the victim had expressed a desire to communicate with him.
